engineering practice ⟨•⟩ production software for operators

Software that
runs the business.

Operational automation, regulated platforms, multi-tenant systems, integration glue. Built for the third year, not just the demo.

An engineering firm, not an agency. We write production code, own the architecture, and stay accountable to the system after it ships.

Engagements run sixty days to multi-year. Operators with budgets, obligations, and a roadmap that has to ship.

02/The Practice

Five kinds of work
we build.

Edgemirai is tool-agnostic. The work fits one of five shapes. We name the shape before we touch a keyboard.

01
Engineering

Operational automation

Workflow handoffs, customer correspondence, RMA tracking, the weekly export-and-paste your team has stopped questioning. Replace manual paths with systems that move on their own.

  • Back-office orchestration
  • Document and data pipelines
  • Internal tools, kept boring
02
Foundations

Production platforms

Multi-tenant systems, real-time backends, audited services. Built from the schema up to deployment. Designed to survive scale and onboarding new engineers.

  • Multi-tenant data design
  • Identity and tenant isolation
  • Operational runbooks, day one
03
Connective Tissue

Integrations & agents

OAuth flows, webhook handlers, agent orchestration. The connective tissue between new tools and the systems already running — including LLM agents, MCP servers, and browser extensions. Resumes, retries, idempotency, observability included.

  • Third-party API stitching
  • MCP servers, browser extensions
  • Agent orchestration, evals, fallbacks
04
Compliance

Compliance-grade builds

HIPAA-grade builds with SOC 2-mapped controls. Encryption at rest, audit-event tables on retention shapes, scoped IAM, security gates in CI. Built for what an auditor reads on paper, not what shows in the demo.

  • Audit-event tables, retention-shaped
  • Encryption at rest, scoped IAM
  • Security gates in CI
05
Operations

Architecture & operations

Written architecture before the first commit. IaC on AWS, GCP, or Azure. Observability wired before launch. Runbooks your engineers will actually read.

  • Cloud architecture, written down
  • IaC, monitoring, deployment patterns
  • Sequence diagrams, runbooks, change docs

How we
work.

Four stages. The first week earns the second. The first month earns the year.

A/Engagement Notes

Engagements typically run 8 to 24 weeks. Multi-year for the systems we stay on call for.

  1. 01

    Listen

Sit with the operating reality. The tools in use, the constraints that aren't optional, the parts that hurt. We leave with a written read of the system and the decisions that matter.

    Week 0
  2. 02

    Plan

A written architecture before code. Scope, interfaces, assumptions, failure modes. Compliance and operational posture named, not implied. Short enough to read in one sitting, specific enough to build from.

    Week 1–2
  3. 03

    Build

Production from the first commit. Migrations, monitoring, logs, access controls land alongside features. The system is operable from the first deploy, not the last.

    Week 2–N
  4. 04

    Hand off

Documentation, runbooks, on-call posture, a working local setup. Your engineers own the system on the day we leave. We stay reachable; we don't stay resident.
